Our expert analysts at McKenzie & Associates will perform a complete audit to review past and current utility bills in order to discover overcharges resulting from billing errors, tariff non-compliance, or misapplication of charges.
We will do all the work of gathering historic billing information and then get down to business.
If performed on a contingency basis - which most clients choose to do – there is no upfront cost or risk. Our compensation is then based solely on the results we bring to you – either in the form of refunds, ongoing future savings, or both!
