UTILITY BILL PROCESSING

Many clients, once they have an audit performed, want to continue to enjoy the security of knowing that any future errors will also be caught and rectified. Many times they also want to be more active in managing their utility expenses, but do not have a way to capture and effectively use the consumption and cost data that they need to do this.  Our Utility Bill Processing program is for them.

In this program we receive your company’s utility bills, whereby we proactively review them for mistakes and errors.  We capture all the consumption and cost data from the bills and enter it into a proprietary database, which we provide to you. 

We then provide an electronic payment file to your AP Department which can be easily downloaded into any existing GL software, eliminating the need for utility bill data entry and processing.  Payment of your invoices by us, from a dedicated custodial account funded by the client, is also available.

The database is easy to use, can be web-enabled, and quickly allows users to view both pre-set and user-defined reports, track consumption across regions or concepts, and identify areas which would benefit from closer review.
